Got back from NYC late Monday night, and I've been so exhausted.
The weekend in New York was comprised of numerous last minute wedding errands/projects and days alternating back and forth from unbearable starvation to excessive gluttony.
Nevertheless, Viv was a GORGEOUS bride! The St. Patrick's Cathedral was as beautiful and grand as it is in the pictures. And me standing on the altar at such a famous church, probably not something that'll happen again. The only problem with getting married at famous churches/tourist attractions is that they are on an extremely tight schedule. One bride was literally walking down the aisle as our party was about to walk up the aisle. There were even tourists (who were roped off to the side) taking pictures of us. At first, it made us feel like celebrities, but then it felt creepy because who knows where these pictures could end up... The dinner reception however, was probably the best (non-Chinese) wedding food I've ever had. The steak was fantastic, and the fois gras that topped it was to DIE for. Finally, to wash the steak and lobster down, lychee martinis and any other "adult" beverage of choice were poured throughout the night, thus the night was "festive."
Oh, and no one referred to me as the "matron" of honor.
I don't have many good pictures, but here are a few that are ok enough to post:

"Trying to relax w/ Mani/Pedi"

"Drunken Shrimp - this was at the rehearsal dinner. SOOO good!"

"The Groom & the (newly promoted) Best Man"

"The Bride & I"

"Gotta do the 'Hook 'em' picture"
